Linkgraph (PlantUML macro): page is not showing up in linkgraph

Description

We are using the linkgraph macro to show the links between pages.

We have following problem:

  1. We have set up a linkgraph macro to show linked pages (up to 10 levels) - focus is on a particular page (“page 3” = red dot “3” in screenshot)

  2. Within this linkgraph a page is missing - outgoing and ingoing link from page 1 (red dot “1”) to page “WI Projekt inhaltliche Arbeit erledigen” - see screenshot

  3. When focussing the other pages (“Page 2” and “Page 1” = red dots “2” and “1”) this “missing” page (“WI Projekt inhaltliche Arbeit erledigen”) is shown correctly.

Did we do something wrong in the first big linkgraph?

 

Here are the screenshots of

  • linkgraph for page 3 where we have the problem

  • and the 2 examples (focussing page 2 and 1) where everything is correct.

 

Info:

  • Levels to show in linkgraph macro are set to “10”

  • We already reindexed the whole page index.

  • There are no page restrictions on those pages

It seems a Confluence update of ours has fixed something. The linkgraph is now shown as expected. Ticket can be closed.

: thanks for the response! is there any other way? Unfortunatly we don’t have another Confluence (test) system, and no, I cannot provide you with the space export, since is confidential data (it’s our production environment).

I also checked the page information → the 2 pages linking to and from the page “WI Projekte lenken” are correctly shown there. Also the link to/from “WI Inhaltliche Arbeit erledigen”, which is missing from the first screenshotted linkgraph.

Hello ,

thank you for the detailed error description.

However this problem is difficult for me to reproduce. I think this caused by a indexing/inconsistency data in the database but you already did a reindex.

Maybe you can try to reproduce the problem in another Confluence (test) system by exporting the whole space and import the space there?

I guess you cannot share the space export with me because of confidential data right?
