This from the log file is also strange:
2024-01-30 12:16:33,796 ERROR [http-nio-9090-exec-40] [confluence.servlet.download.ExportDownload] getStreamForDownload Unauthorized attempt to access resource by youmna.elghayesh2@vodafone.com. For more detail turn on INFO level logging for package : com.atlassian.confluence.servlet.download

Hi Michael,
Many thanks for the update, I’m just curios because we’ve just downgraded the PlantUML on our dev environment to version 7.3 and the issue vanished.
also the fact that on our prod environment which is running 7.6 the page works normally when we disable the plantUML points us to a problem with plantUML
I will attach a full support zip from our prod environment with me trying to load a faulty page with id: 268368139
May be I missed another error log that could help you identify the issue.

Hello @Hossam Mohamed ,
thank you for the detailed bug report but this seems not a plantuml plugin problem because when I look at the error log then Confluence has a problem to resolve the owner of the page properties:
aused by: org.hibernate.HibernateException: Unable to resolve owner of loading collection [[com.atlassian.confluence.core.ContentEntityObject.contentProperties#340124914]] for second level caching
Maybe flushing the caches should fix the problem? Otherwise I would recommend to get in contact with the Atlassian support.
Kind Regards,
Michael
Some pages using plantUML macro are showing system error when opened (screenshot attached).
The pages loads normally when the plantUML plugin is disabled.
