Hello ,
Thank you for sharing the support request. I have now access and did some tests in my test environment and my local environment.
I think the page renders slow because the diagram is very complex. In my Confluence test environment (that is not too bad) your sample page renders in about 4-6 seconds.
Even when I render only the plantuml diagram with the native plantuml library (without the Confluence and plantuml plugin context) then the image generation took about 10 seconds on my local machine:
Maybe you can try to do the same on your Confluence node?
You can download the plantuml-1.2024.4.jar from here: https://github.com/plantuml/plantuml/releases/download/v1.2024.4/plantuml-1.2024.4.jar
and attached is the input source for the diagram:
Put both files into a (temporary) directory on your Confluence node and execute the command:
Can you share the output of the command but I guess it will also took about 10 seconds the render the diagram (PNG) from the source.
Regards,
Michael

Hi Michael,
Added. Can you please check it now ?
This slowness is happening only for plantuml diagram pages.
Thanks.
Tej.

Hello
I cannot access the Atlassian support ticket - can you please add me (michael.griffel @ gmail.com) as participant?
Just one question: If you disable the plantuml plugin at all then the pages are loading fast when editing or updating?

Hi Team,
Confluence pages very slow when editing and updating, This mainly happens when we are using PlantUML macros. For this issue we have contact the Atlassian team team. But they suggest to contact the Plugin Developer team.
Please refer the Atlassian support ticket :
Thanks,
Tej.
