Hi Raphael,
Thank you for you comment.
Having a configuration setting like the one you explained would be super helpful and much appreciated.
Here is a formal feature request:
As a confluence admin I would like to have a possibility of having the creator of a page in the list of acknowledge when adding a read confirmation to a page. This is useful in relation to external audits when certain or all employees need acknowledge that they have read (familiar them self with) a certain page or document. The auditor can then be provided with a printout showing that all employees including the creator have read a document.
Keep up the good work and I wish you a great day.
Regards,
Jon

Hi Jon,
this is by design. The creator of a read confirmation is removed from the target users. We cannot change this behavior because it would break expectations of current users of the plugin. But we could add a configuration setting to leave the creator in the list if an acknowledgement is required. Would this help you?
Greetings,
Raphael

I can see that the version affected is wrong in this ticket. The version that we are using is: 1.9.2.
And there is a typo in the description of the issue:
but the user that..

This sample shows the list of all employees and since I created the read confirmation I am not added to the list.
Hi guys,
One quick question. We have a company policy that all employees should confirm reading and acknowledging some procedures. Before there was a list printed out and employees had sign a document physically. This document was then provided during an audit of the firm. Now I am trying to use avono read confirmation to solve this but the use that creates the read confirmation does not show in the list of those that should confirm reading. Am I doing something wrong or is there a workaround for this?
Regards,
Jon
