Removing a confirmation request may delete too much
Description
Normally the Read Confirmation macro is added to the top of the page and removing the Confirmation Request just removes the macro from the page content.
When manually moving the macro to another position in the page, removing the request deletes too much if there is another macro prior to the read confirmation macro.
