Please remove my account from the avano confluence space and jira

I have accessed the documentation and this jira a couple times but it seems to have created accounts for me in both systems.
It keeps showing up in my atlassian portal.
Please do remove my accounts from both. Thanks you very much

Hello. Iā€™m sorry to clutter this ticket. It somehow connected my account to this organization, when I was looking for documentation about PlantUML plugin for confluence.
As I found out it is not possible to remove my account from organization as this needs to be done by the administrator of the organization. I would like to ask if it would be possible to to remove my account from avono-support organization.
