App Data Migration Process

Hello,

We are working on migrating a client's Confluence Server instance with PlantUML for Confluence to a Confluence DC instance. Both apps would be version 7.3

What is the process for migrating the app data from the existing instance to a new one? Do you have some documentation that can be referenced? I checked your wiki and did not dig up anything.
