Hi,
reminder e-mails are sent in 3 cases:
When creating a read confirmation and enabling “Notify new target users immediately.”
By clicking on “Send reminders now…”
When the deadline of a confirmation request expires (this happens at midnight in a system job)
The settings of the read confirmation and the timestamp of the e-mail may indicate which of the 3 cases happened here.

Hi There,
One of our customers has a question about the Read Confiramation App.
A reminder was sent by e-mail about an existing read confirmation. However, the user who is supposed to have triggered it is not aware of this.
Is there any way to understand how the mail was sent?
